El Pastor means "Shephard Style" in English. It is also a style of a taco called “tacos al pastor”, which is pork marinated in sweet and sour chili pepper with other spices.

This is a great Mexican restaurant, all the flavors are there and their decorations are very typical of Mexico. Their mole has one of the best flavors in Madison. I would greatly recommend anyone who wants to try real Mexican food to go here and try some enchiladas or tacos.
